This hotel is a real gem in the heart of the old town. Its central location allows you to easily explore the charming streets and visit local restaurants. The attention to detail in the rooms is superb, with thoughtful touches like the reading lamp that makes late-night reading a breeze. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent care throughout our stay. And to top it all off, the value for money is exceptional, with breakfast included in the room rate.

No elevator to the top floor, but manageable stairs.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Harz area, right in the center of the old town, and I had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal as it allowed easy access to the restaurants in the area. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent - they were friendly, helpful, and full of recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and came with breakfast included, which was a great way to start each day.

The staff was outstanding, always willing to help and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and a tram stop. I particularly liked the free parking lot, which was a big bonus. The room was well thought out and the decor was lovely.

The mattresses were too soft for my liking, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The room could also use more lighting as it was quite dim at night.

Loved the comfy rooms, with plenty of space for one person. the breakfast was delicious, with eggs cooked to order and a variety of fresh items to choose from. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the great restaurants and sights in the heart of the town. Best of all was the excellent service from the staff, always friendly and helpful, making my business trip so much easier.

The weak Wi-Fi signal, which made it difficult to work online at times. But overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base in this charming city.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely area close to restaurants and historic streets. the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. the room had everything we needed, and we appreciated the little extra touches. One of the highlights was the comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The room was quite small for the price we paid, and there were a few minor items missing, such as a kettle.
